Positive Canton Santa Cruz Review:
Besides O'Mei, which is too expensive to go to whenever you want Chinese, this is the only other good Chinese place that I have found in Santa Cruz/Capitola (and I have lived here for 3 years). The veggies are always fresh and never over done and all of the dishes have a ton of vegetables, not just a few pathetic carrots and water chestnuts. The menu is pretty basic but everything I have had so far is good and the prices are reasonable. I am a fan!

Food was great but the service was terrible. 20min to get our water so bring your own water bottle. Maybe a bad day? Only three waitresses & no buss boys what appeared to be on a busy day. Low rating due to the service. Hopefully next time there's better service.

very good food, not heavy or filled with msg. just good clean tasty food! nice bar and very helpful waitstaff, plenty of parking right on 41st ave (my favorite part of town!) a little pricey, but they have great lunch specials and you are paying for good food, not just the usual chinese food experience. i totally reccomend this spot
